PLAN ME · APPROACH
Understanding your concerns in detail,
planning with clarity
We assess body shape, fat thickness, and skin firmness to select nonsurgical body-contouring devices for each area.
Suitability and the approach for each program are determined after a thorough consultation and medical assessment.
PERSONAL PLANNING STANDARD
From assessment to recovery
one connected approach
Rather than weight alone, we assess fat thickness and distribution, skin firmness, and the areas of concern to select suitable devices and handpieces.
Assessing body shape and fat layers
We consider fat thickness, firmness, and left-right balance by area.
Selecting devices and handpieces
Energy settings and tips are planned for the target layer and shape of the area.
Follow-up and daily habits
We explain expected reactions, recovery, and daily care.

Potential for lasting effects
Developed by Italy’s DEKA, ONDA uses microwave energy, distinct from conventional radiofrequency (RF) or ultrasound (HIFU), to support collagen remodeling for skin firmness. Contact cooling and ongoing temperature monitoring may allow treatment without anesthesia. Energy is selectively directed to the areas needed with the aim of supporting lifting and tightening over time.
ONDA lifting may be considered for

Those wishing to address wrinkles and firmness together, concerned about discomfort during device treatments, sensitive to heat due to thin skin, seeking facial or body-contour improvement, hoping for early tightening, or needing a prompt return to daily activities.
Learn more about ONDA lifting

The key consideration is assessing fat layers and skin firmness together. Microwave energy and cooling are used to address localized fat and firmness in the abdomen, arms, thighs, and other suitable areas.
ONDA treatment areas
From face to body, with careful area-specific planning
Face
- Eye area
- Cheeks
- Cheekbones
- Chin
- Neck
Body
- Back
- Upper arms
- Abdomen
- Buttocks
- Thighs, calves
The key consideration is planning around body-contour goals. Microwave energy and cooling are used to address localized fat and firmness in the abdomen, arms, thighs, and other suitable areas.
Changes in collagen activity with ONDA

ONDA is designed to pass energy through the epidermis with limited loss and concentrate heat in the dermis, helping protect the surface from unwanted heat. Targeted energy delivery aims to support lifting and tightening. The illustrations compare collagen remodeling and activity before and after targeted dermal treatment using an ergonomic handpiece. Changes develop as tissue responds and remodels, with individual variation.
ONDA for natural-looking firmness&Lifting effects

Contact cooling helps protect the skin and may reduce the need for anesthesia. Treatment aims include tightening, contouring, and skin-texture improvement. Suitable areas may include the face, arms, thighs, and abdomen. Some tightening may be visible soon after treatment. Selective energy delivery aims to reduce skin-injury risk but does not eliminate it.
Patented ergonomic handpiece
ONDA’s patented handpiece supports
remodeling toward a renewed collagen environment.
7 mm deep handpiece
- Uses heat to encourage fat-cell breakdown
- Thermal stimulation of deeper collagen fibers and fibroblast activity
- Supports the development of a renewed, more elastic collagen environment
3 mm shallow handpiece
- Thermal stimulation of collagen may encourage contraction of superficial fibers
- Controlled energy for focused superficial heating
For the dermal layer: tightening and collagen remodeling
The key consideration is area-specific handpiece selection. Microwave energy and cooling are used to address localized fat and firmness in the abdomen, arms, thighs, and other suitable areas.

What is SCIZER?

SCIZER is designed to support abdominal-circumference reduction;
its safety and effectiveness for subcutaneous-fat reduction have been studied.”
[Assessment of subcutaneous-fat reduction using SCIZER]
A high-intensity focused ultrasound device intended to help reduce abdominal circumference by around 2 cm on average in selected people with a BMI of 30 kg/m² or below and abdominal fat thickness of at least 2.5 cm. SCIZER delivers 2 MHz ultrasound energy at a depth of 13 mm, with a scanner designed for larger treatment areas. Suitability and outcomes vary.
Plan Me SCIZER features&Effects
- 01Treatment time30minutes
With SCIZER’s twin system,
a session may take about 30 minutes. - 02Effects and daily activitiesYES
Treatment targets the subcutaneous-fat layer
with attention to nearby tissue; downtime may be limited,
and daily activities may be possible afterward. - 03Safety considerationsYES
Following development
and clinical evaluation,
the device obtained
Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety authorization
for its specified use. - 04Possible adverse effectsNO
SCIZER can cause adverse effects,
and discomfort after treatment
varies between individuals.
The key consideration is treatment after suitability assessment. Focused ultrasound is delivered to a target fat layer to support localized body-contour care, such as in the abdomen.
Plan Me SCIZER features
- 01
Authorization and safety review
SCIZER has Korean MFDS authorization for waist-circumference reduction based on evaluation under the relevant criteria. Treatment still carries risks.
- 02
Treatment time may be halved
SCIZER’s twin system allows simultaneous use of two handpieces, which can reduce treatment time by about half compared with a single-handpiece approach.
- 03
Convenient treatment design
SCIZER delivers 2 MHz ultrasound energy at a depth of 13 mm, with a scanner designed to treat broader areas.
- 04
No sedation usually required
SCIZER may be performed with topical anesthetic, without sedation.
The key consideration is precise target-area selection. Focused ultrasound is delivered to a target fat layer to support localized body-contour care, such as in the abdomen.

Fat-layer reduction
Affected fat cells are gradually processed by the body over approximately 7–90 days. The fat layer and treated-area measurements may decrease, with individual variation.
- Fat-cell apoptosis
- Apoptosis is a process of programmed cell death.

Apoptosis
Apoptosis is a regulated process of cell death that uses cellular energy, including ATP.
When cellular DNA is seriously damaged, p53 can help stop cell division and initiate apoptosis. Regulated pathways involving enzymes such as caspase-3 lead to cell shrinkage and orderly DNA fragmentation. Nearby macrophages then clear the remnants.
